Jennifer Mackie BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy.

I help busy people improve their health, strength , and longevity through evidence-based coaching that fits real life.
Combining movement, lifestyle, and performance principles, I work with people navigating challenges like injury recovery, perimenopause, osteoporosis, and sustainable fitness.
My approach focuses on building resilient bodies, confident movement, and long term habits - so you can live fully, move well, and continue doing the things you love. Ideally with a side of adventure!
Physiotherapist since 2008, I’ve spent the last 18+ years helping people move better, build resilience, and improve long-term health through evidence-based movement and performance coaching. My background spans clinical rehabilitation through to strength and conditioning, allowing me to bridge the gap between injury management, performance, and sustainable health.
My skill set includes clinical Pilates instruction, strength and conditioning coaching, pre and post natal exercise, peri/menopause coaching, and Level 1 pelvic health physiotherapy training. I also owned and operated an exercise facility for nearly a decade, where I developed a strong passion for creating supportive enviroments around movement, health and connection.
Outside of work, movement has always been a huge part of my life. I love running, strength training, and exploring what my body is capable of through fitness events. I’m a former ski instructor , which help shape my love for adventure, resilience, and the outdoors.
At the center of it all I am a mother to three boys, a wife, a friend, and someone who deeply values connection, creativity, and lifelong growth.
